The Head of Recruitment Operations will lead a small team to deliver an efficient and professional recruitment and selection service for the judiciary and will provide Commissioners and other key participants with expert guidance and support. He/she will also support engagement with a broad range of stakeholders as part of diversity and outreach activities.
This post is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will make a vital contribution to strategy, policy and governance across the organisation.
Eligibility:
Applicants must have:
1. Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development; AND
2. At least 3 years’ experience in a recruitment function, including team leadership; AND
3. Experience in drafting and presenting papers for consideration at Senior Leadership Team level.
This is a permanent, full-time post.
Salary range: £40,300 - £43,191 (Under Review).
This post is based at NIJAC headquarters, Head Line Building, 10-14 Victoria Street, Belfast, BT1 3GG. NIJAC operates a Hybrid Working Policy.
