Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Northern Ireland) –Legal Members
NIJAC is inviting applications for the office of Legal Member of the Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Northern Ireland).
It is intended to make two appointments and to maintain a reserve list for 12 months from the anticipated date of the first appointment (31 May 2017).
To be eligible for appointment a person must by 20 February 2017 be:
• a member of the Bar of Northern Ireland or solicitor of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland of at least five years’ standing; or
• an advocate or solicitor in Scotland of at least five years’ standing.
The scheme is open to applications and completed applications must be received by NIJAC no later than 12 noon Monday 20 February 2017.
