NIJAC is inviting applications for the office of Fee Paid Legal Chairman of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDT).
It is intended to make 2 appointments. A reserve list will be maintained for 12 months from the anticipated date of the first appointment (18 February 2019).
To be eligible for appointment a person must be, by 18 February 2019:
(i) A member of the Bar of Northern Ireland of at least seven years' standing, or
(ii) A solicitor of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland of at least seven years' standing
Completed application forms must reach NIJAC by 12.00 noon on Monday 19 November 2018.
