NIJAC is inviting applications for the office of Valuation Member of the Northern Ireland Valuation Tribunal (NIVT).
It is intended to make two appointments. A reserve list will be maintained for 12 months from the anticipated date of the first appointment (28 June 2019).
To be eligible for appointment as a Valuation Member of the NIVT an individual must, by the closing date for applications (1 April 2019) have;
- Three years’ experience in the valuation of land.
Completed application forms must reach NIJAC by 12.00 noon on Monday 1 April 2019
