NIJAC is inviting applications for the office of fee paid Legal Member of the Review Tribunal (currently the Mental Health Review Tribunal). It is intended to make 10 appointments and to maintain a reserve list for 12 months from the anticipated date of the first appointment (30 March 2020).
Eligibility:
To be eligible for appointment a person must be by 30 March 2020:
- a member of the Bar of Northern Ireland of at least seven years’ standing;
or
- a solicitor of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland of at least seven years’ standing.
Fee: £381 per day and £190.50 per half day
