Recruitment Manager

The Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission (NIJAC) is responsible for the recruitment and selection of members of the Judiciary; over 900 judicial roles across Northern Ireland.
 

NIJAC is inviting applications for the following staff position:

Recruitment Manager (Judicial Appointments)

The post holder will, as part of a small but busy team, work closely with colleagues and Commissioners to ensure an effective and co-ordinated approach to the appointment of the judiciary to Northern Ireland’s courts and tribunals. 

 

Eligibility:

Applicants must have:

1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience gained in an HR role; AND
2. At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role including the management of people; AND
3. Demonstrable IT systems experience (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, or other similar systems); AND
4. Third level qualification with a HR component or professional qualification up to Associate CIPD level.

 

Salary:

This is to a permanent, full-time post.

Salary range: £32,880 - £34,011 (Under Review).

This post is based at NIJAC headquarters, Head Line Building, 10-14 Victoria Street, Belfast, BT1 3GG. NIJAC is piloting a Hybrid Working arrangement.
